Fill out the Referral Request Form to receive the names
and telephone numbers of two pre-screened, independent contractors participating in PSE's Insulation Rebate program. The contractors will set up an appointment with you to come to your home and provide you with estimates on weatherizing your natural gas heated home.
These instant rebates are available to Puget Sound Energy customers living in a building with four units or less, heated by electricity or natural gas provided by PSE. Work must be completed by an independent contractor, pre-authorized by PSE. Participating contractors will test the carbon monoxide level, in your PSE natural gas heated home, and provide a free carbon monoxide alarm.
